Step 1 : Apply a eye primer and concealer as a base. Apply talcum powder around your eyes so your eye shadow sticks well.
Step 2 : Use a dark brown eyeshadow from your palette and apply it from inner V to your crease till your outer V. Let it be lighter on your crease and darker in the outer V as below
.
Step 4 : Apply grey eyeshadow on your crease. Blend it well with the already applied brown eyeshadow only with the upper half of the lid. Extend this till your outer V and form a V shape.
Step 5 : Now apply the blue eyeshadow on your lid. Let it be dark and intense.
Step 6 :
a. Using your eyeliner pencil apply the black color to your water line. Give an extended look to your eye liner. Apply Mascara in this step.
b. Apply the same blue eyeshadow to the lower lash line and join it with your inner V.
Step 8 : Use a light shimmery eyeshadow from your eye shadow palette and fill your arc.
That's it !!! Your night out smoky blue eyemakeup look is ready !!!!
