Hello Beauties !! Hair oil is very important for all of us to provide nourishment. My mom is 53 years and still hair is all naturally black in color and she has got only two strands of grey hair and nothing else till now (Touch wood). Her gene may be one of the reason but i should say the hair oily prepared by her for us both is the main reason. One more thing is my mom never used shampoo and she sticks only with shikakai which is a natural cleanser. I would love to share this hair oil recipe with all of you.
Things Required :
Coconut Oil - 1/2 Litre
Curry Leaves - 25 Leaves
Dwarf copperleaf - 1 bunch It's called ponnanganni keerai in Tamil, ponnangantikura in Telugu, ponnankannikira in Malayalam, Garundi in Hindi, sesiile joyweed/dwarf copperleaf in English!)
Hibiscus Leaves - 10 Leaves (The usual red hibiscus leaves)
Method :
Grind the Curry Leaves, Dwarf Copper Leaves, Hibiscus Leaves together in Mixie. Add them all in coconut oil in a wide vessel and place it on the stove. Do not boil it, let it simmer and continue with your works. After sometime (An hour) the waste(sediment) and the oil will get separated. Filter it and leave it for sometime. You can start to use this from the next day.
